Is this gift fortunate as per Feng Shui?

We have one electronic clock, gifted by some family member, in the south-east corner of our house. The dial is a body of a baby. The head is moving side wise in negative manner; it is one separate piece from the body. Is it ok?

It does sound and seems negative. Life may give you negative responses, especially in the wealth area.
