Laughing Buddha and wind chimes in Feng Shui

Dear Mr Mohan Deep, Thanks for your help, in anticipation. Can you kindly tell me what is the best direction, room, height, corner I could place Laughing Buddha (have two of them... one is sitting with a bowl in hand with something round in it and the other is a  standing one with both hands up)? My date of birth is October 22, 1957. Secondly, we have a wind chime (with four rods.... its beauty prompted us to buy it, even though we know one should buy it with five rods). Is it ok to have a chime with four rods? What is the best place to hang it? Is kitchen alright (we do not have space elsewhere as ours is a small apartment)?

Dear Sugato, who has told you that you should buy a wind chime with five rods? On the contrary, even number is recommended though the wind chime with five rods has its uses. I also do not understand the problem of space while hanging the wind chime. It has to be hung from the ceiling.
