Placing a Pa Kua mirror as per Feng Shui

Hello,
I have a question....I would like to purchase a Pa Kua mirror to place in front of my front door which faces East.  There is a 6.5 foot solid wooden fence that separates my property from my neighbors properity.  My house faces their dining room (their front door faces West).  When you open my front door, there is a pathway (straight) that runs north (to my backyard) and south (towards my street). I hear you are not a fan of Pa Kua Mirrors.  What do you propose instead?

Annette

Dear Annette, as the pathway is not directed towards your main door you have no reason to place Pa Kua Mirror on the door. Placing a Pa Kua mirror above your door, in this case when it is facing your neighbour’s door will indicate that you consider your neighbour an enemy and wish to repel the poison arrows that, you believe are emitted from his home. When you place a Pa Kua mirror in this situation it is like declaring a war with your neighbor. If you need protection from any evil eye or poison arrows, you can easily use Fu Dogs, instead.
