Betty turns Liz

Yesterday, an anchor of local TV channel - while doing an exclusive feature about Fengshuimiracle.com - asked me about my most miraculous Feng Shui experience. I briefly mentioned the following incident. Here it is in details.

Betty, an American daughter of a Polish father, was in Pune one and a half year back. Thanks to an announcement in Pune's local papers she consulted me. She was beautiful but she didn't see herself as a beauty. It was as if she was ashamed of her beauty, hasn't been able to accept her even the way she thought she looked. Betty seemed a nice human being. But it was clear that life hadn't given her much.

To put it briefly, Betty said," I have always been unlucky. Ever since I remember, nothing has worked for me. My family always had money problems and I spent an unhappy, loveless childhood. I fell in love with our teacher. May be it was a crush. But he didn't respond. I felt the same way for a classmate but he didn't reciprocate my feelings. When I grew up, I had to struggle with low salaried jobs and again a loveless existence. Nothing has worked for me. It has been a sad life full of struggle. No one has appreciated my work. I never get recognition for my efforts. No one gives a damn. I have always been unhappy. Life has not been fair to me."

She sobbed and asked, "Can anything be done to change my life?"

I went deep into all the aspects of her life.

Her complete name was Elzbieta Renkiewicz (Polish version of Elizabeth). She had lived in five different houses and had never been happy. She confessed, "I do not remember ever laughing from my belly. Sometimes when I smile I realize that I am smiling after days, weeks."

I helped her remember the directions of all the houses she had lived in.

Amazing but true, the door was always in East. East was her total loss direction! She had spent all her life in the houses where the doors were in her unlucky directions. While it wasn't possible for her to show me any of the houses, she drew the diagram(s) of her recent houses. Pathetic as it might sound, but three corners - important to her and perhaps everyone else - were missing: Wealth & Good Fortune, Marriage & Relationship and Career & Opportunities. The Fame & Recognition corner of her home was overflowing with junk and clutter! "Somehow I am not able to throw away the things. May be it has something to do with my childhood. Everything I discard can be found in this `store room`."

Among my suggestions was to go for a new house where the door could be in her best direction. Make a conscious effort to choose such a house, and send me the floor plan(s) when you return to the States.

"And now onwards introduce yourself as Liz. You are not Betty anymore!" I told her. This was numerology in consultation with my wife. Liz was in harmony with her birth date. She faithfully sent me 5 floor plans and I chose the best for her, suggesting Feng Shui corrections for whatever the flaws in the new premises.

"I have spent over 700 dollars but I'm full of optimism." Liz wrote to me.

She remained in touch, letting me know of the changes that were happening in her life.

Two months ago, she wrote again.

"FENG SHUI HAS WORKED FOR ME. First, I got a good well paid job as a research assistant for someone who is into self improvement courses. He is young, handsome, rich and famous. And he has fallen in love with me! He has proposed marriage and I have said yes. Can you believe it? I cannot. He knelt in front of me when he proposed!!! It is like a dream, like a book, like a film. I believe that it was my Heaven Luck that I visited Pune and you too were there. It was my destiny that I from New Jersey and you from Mumbai met in Pune. Thank you, and now I want you to give consultation to Jane. She is a dear friend who has suffered a lot. I'm paying online.
