Bungalow to become a hotel

The other four fortunate clients belong to diverse fields. Somehow, thanks to Feng Shui I have met an assortment of people I never met as a journalist. One is a lyrics writer who writes what I think less than mediocre songs but a little change in his house, a bright bulb in the right direction, some bamboos, a dragon and a couple of mirrors on the appropriate walls have given him a major boost in his career. He didn’t even have to knock too many doors! I will not be surprised to find his songs making it to the popularity charts, either.

Another client of mine had a large 16-bedroom bungalow that he had inherited. It had become a liability to him because of the heavy expenses on the maintenance and property taxes. He had no option but to sell it. Uncanny though it may sound, placing a well-lit globe (world map) that he purchased for around Rs 2000 from 'crosswords" in Helpful Friends and Patronage area along with the wind chimes I suggested brought him a business proposal from a big Sindhi businessman based in Kowloon, Hong Kong. They have already signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The idea is to convert the bungalow to a hotel.

A happy client is a pleasure to meet but I hate to see those who think that Feng Shui let them down.
